QUOTATION

To quote a program you should send the next information.

• Number of people

• Number of days for this program

• Specify the places that you want to visit

• Hotel category (accommodation: double o triple)

• Approximately date of your trip

Taking this information we’ll make the quotation, maximum in 48 hours except if the program is very long and it needs more time.

The quotation (program price) sends whit 95% accuracy

When program is complete whit all modifications, cancellation or add any service we’ll send the exactly price whit 100%, this price will be valid until carry out the program in the programmed date, this price will change just if there are some drastic changes in the national economy, that situation miss from our hands.

Quotation don’t means the service confirmations, except you done the reservation and deposit money.

-   The price include  partially 19% IGV  

-   19% (IGV) is exonerating from accommodation and food services.

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation service will be the same from your booking; it can change just if there are some problems like, availability, in this case PUMA`S ADEVENTURES will considerer necessary to change your hotel to other whit similar characteristic and category

RESERVE

FITS: for fits passengers (less than 5 persons), the reservations will be accepted until 10 days, before to star the service and modifications 6 days before, it that find available places in hotels and services.

Note: if your program include inka trail, we need to check availability in the official web site of INC Cusco.

Is recommended send your personal details minimum 3 moths before, always checking availability in web site.

GROUPS:

The group’s reservations will do hardly the program and final quotation finish like that the price will respect, but if is a last minute group require the book 60 days advance and modifications will accepted until 35 days advance.

This for reach available places in hotels and services

-         If your program and quotation include fly tickets you should send us personal details (names, passport number...) it does to airline respect the price list, the passenger will send that details when our agent sale require.

-         If your program include the inka trail, we have to ruled the availability in the web site: www.inc-cusco.gop.pe

-         It recommends send your personal details minimum 60 days before, always verifying the availability.

PAYMENT

To re-confirm reservation is necessary the payment in advance 50% of total service and the total settle the balance at your arrival in Peru.

When it is regularize, PUMA`S ADVENTURES makes responsible to carry out all the services, otherwise it put in laws hands to fine the non fulfillment.

PUMA`S ADVENTURES don’t take responsibility for non fulfillment to any services if the group don’t send the money that can use for that services.

The payment to carry out depending facilities from country send could be through bank deposits to our current account or using the system verified by visa.

CANCELLATIONS

The services are subject established politics from the supplier like hotels, airline, transport, restaurants, etc. the reservation, deposit and cancellations accordance whit this politics, the costumers should have knowledge about this politics and accept, excluded PUMA`S ADVENTURES to any responsibilities beyond to our manage If any client decide to cancel one or more services for any reason he knows that the payment in advance will be give back.

According to next terms

-         Cancellations should send us whit anticipation, in group’s case 45 days before to begin the service, and in fits a week before to begin the service.

-          We charge “no show”  50% to cancellations 24 hours before to begin the service it for fits

-         We charge “no show” 80% to cancellations 10 days before to begin the service, it for group and for 24 hours cancellations before to begin the service we charge “no show” 100%

-         It should be clear that inca trail entrees processing can’t be refund either transferable, this money isn’t part of the refund.

-         PUMA`S ADVENTURES give facilities to change times before or after to beginning time, always the suppliers (hotels, restaurants, airlines) give facilities too, if is necessary to pay any hardships for this time change, the costumers should pay.

RESPONSIBILITY

PUMA`S ADVENTURES SRL. Lawfully constitute Company, appoint to lawful general manager to one of his members. Mr. Walter Castro La Torre and his member Mr. Macario Bustamante Olarte like business manager, who are responsible to carry out the entire program, negotiate whit the company and costumers.

PUMA`S ADVENTURES isn’t responsible to any injury, partial damage, additional spends, accidental delay, cancellations for strike, atmosphere, protest, or any eventually caused bye negligence to our suppliers (hotels, restaurants, airlines…), PUMA`S ADVENTURES acted just like Tour Operator and organizer the trip, we can change the itinerary or sequence of the trip to be all the services much better, if is necessary. 

PUMA`S ADVENTURES give to the costumers hands all the win experience through the operative years also to competent authority if is necessary.
